Last updated October 2026.
This website, opsbycarina.com, is run by Carina Bultez LLC, doing business as Ops by Carina, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In these terms, "I," "me" and "Ops by Carina" mean Carina Bultez LLC. "You" means anyone using the site or buying something from me.
By using this site, booking a session, or joining the Event CEO Collective ("ECC"), you agree to these terms and to my Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from me.
You need to be at least 18 to buy anything from me. If you're buying for a business, you're confirming you have the authority to agree to these terms for that business.
You're welcome to read the site, take the Business Operations Assessment, and use what you learn in your own business. Please don't copy the site's content, scrape it, or try to break or misuse its forms.
The assessment gives you a general score based on your own answers. It's a starting point for thinking about your operations, not a full review of your business.
When you submit the assessment, you'll also get occasional emails from me. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
ECC is an annual membership. It includes access to the Success Path training, monthly Event CEO Roundtables, templates and resources, live sessions, and the private member community. The membership is hosted on MemberUp.
I'm still building out parts of the program, so some lessons are taught live first and recorded afterward. I may update, add to, or reorganize the content over time. If I make a change that takes away something central to the membership, I'll tell members ahead of time.
ECC is designed for women who own events businesses.
Your membership is for you only. Please don't share your login or pass along member content to people who haven't joined. If someone on your team needs access, ask me about it.
If I've given you free or discounted access, such as a founding or early member spot, these terms still apply, along with whatever we agreed to in writing.
Price. ECC is $999 per year, paid in full when you join. There's no payment plan. Prices may change, but a price change only applies at your next renewal, and I'll tell you before it does.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe through MemberUp. I don't see or store your full card details.
Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically every year at the then-current price, using the payment method on file, until you cancel. I'll email you a reminder at least 30 days before each renewal with the date and amount.
Cancelling. You can cancel anytime from your MemberUp account settings or by emailing carina@opsbycarina.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.
No refunds. All payments are final. I don't give refunds for new memberships, renewals, or unused time, so please decide before you join and cancel before your renewal date if you don't want to continue.
Before you renew. The reminder email I send before each renewal is your chance to cancel. Once the renewal charge goes through, it isn't refundable.
Questions before you join. If you're not sure ECC is a fit, email me or book a discovery call before you pay.
Removal. If I remove a member for breaking the community guidelines in section 5, their access ends and the rest of that year isn't refunded.
The roundtables and community only work if people can talk openly about their businesses. As a member, you agree to:
I can remove posts or members that don't follow these guidelines. Advice from other members is their own opinion, not mine, and you decide what to do with it.
Discovery calls are free 30-minute Zoom calls booked through Cal.com. If you can't make it, please cancel or reschedule through the link in your confirmation email.
Operations Strategy Sessions are paid in full when you book and aren't refundable. If you need to move your session, give me at least 48 hours' notice and you can reschedule once. If you cancel with less notice or don't show up, the session is forfeited. If I need to reschedule, we'll find a new time that works for you.
Consulting engagements are scoped and priced individually. Each one will have its own written agreement covering the scope, price, payment schedule and timeline. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement wins.
I own the training, recordings, templates, worksheets, assessments and other materials on this site and inside ECC.
When you buy from me, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use those materials in your own business. You can fill in the templates, adapt them for your team, and share the finished versions inside your company.
You can't resell them, publish them, use them to teach or coach other people, or share the original materials outside your business. That includes uploading them to an AI tool to build a competing product.
What you create for your own business, like your filled-in SOPs and roadmaps, belongs to you.
If you share a win or feedback with me, I may ask to use it as a testimonial. I'll only use your name or business name with your permission.
I share what I've learned from more than ten years in business operations and events, but every business is different. Your results depend on your business, your team, your market and the work you put in. I can't promise any particular result, such as more revenue, more bookings, or being able to step away for a set amount of time.
The examples and outcomes I describe on this site are examples, not promises.
I'm not a lawyer, accountant or financial advisor. Nothing I share, in ECC or anywhere else, is legal, tax, HR or financial advice. For those questions, talk to a qualified professional.
Limit on liability. To the extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost bookings or lost data, that come from using this site or my services. My total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.
Other tools. I use other companies' tools to run this business, including MemberUp, Stripe, Cal.com, Zoom and Web3Forms. Their own terms apply when you use them, and I'm not responsible for outages or problems on their end.
Governing law. These terms are governed by Colorado law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in El Paso County, Colorado. Before going that route, we both agree to try to sort it out by talking first.
Changes. I may update these terms. I'll change the date at the top, and if a change affects current ECC members in a meaningful way, I'll email them before it takes effect.
If part of this doesn't hold up. If a court decides any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
