Privacy policy

This website is run by Ops by Carina (Carina Bultez LLC) in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Questions about your information can go to carina@opsbycarina.com.

What I collect

• Forms: the contact form, the Business Operations Assessment and the strategy session pre-call form collect what you type in, such as your name, email, business details and answers.
• Bookings: when you schedule through Cal.com, it shares your name, email and the time you pick with me.
• Membership: when you join the Event CEO Collective, MemberUp shares your name, email and membership status with me, and Stripe processes your payment. I don't see or store your full card details.
• Analytics: Google Analytics uses cookies to show me which pages are visited and what kind of device is used.

How I use it

To reply to you, run the sessions you book, give members access to the Collective, send your assessment results, and send occasional emails with ideas for your operations. Every email has an unsubscribe link. I don't sell your information.

Who else handles it

Web3Forms delivers the forms to my inbox, Cal.com handles booking, Zoom runs calls and live sessions, MemberUp hosts the Collective, Stripe processes payments, Gmail handles my email, Google Analytics measures site use, and Cloudflare hosts the site. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy.

How I protect it

I take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. This site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and the information you send through it goes only to my business inbox and the tools listed above. I keep my accounts password-protected, and I'm the only person who has access to them. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never come to me.

No website or online service is completely secure, so I can't guarantee your information will never be exposed. If something does happen that affects your information, I'll let you know and tell you what I'm doing about it.

How long I keep it

I keep your information while we're working together or you're on my email list, and for as long as I need it for taxes and business records after that. If you ask me to delete it, I will, unless I'm required to keep it.

Your choices

Email me to see, change or delete your information, and I'll take care of it. You can unsubscribe from emails anytime. You can also block cookies in your browser settings. This site doesn't respond to Do Not Track browser signals. Please don't send passwords, payment details or your clients' personal information through any form on this site.

Children's privacy

This site and my services are meant for business owners who are at least 18. I don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent me their information, email carina@opsbycarina.com and I'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date above.
